I bought a walther p22 a few years ago hardly used for over 4 yrs and all of a sudden I couldn’t hit anything. On inspection I found a crack from top to bottom on main slide. No wonder I couldn’t hit anything. Contacted co and found if sold in USA(or Canada) the warranty is only good for 1 year. If sold in Europe they have a life time warranty. When I looked into replacing the slide I was told by warranty repair shop in Canada Good luck. They have had the slides on back order.(And when they do come in they cost more than the pistol is worth. My personel opinion They shouldn’t even be sold as a toy gun. They are a piece of junk

I don’t know how they do it, but this is the most comfortable gun grip I own. It perfectly fits my hand, and my seven-year-old’s hand… lots of fun to shoot and great for the whole family.

Bought this pistol due to ergonomic design and the grip felt really good on my hands.but that’s where the positive ends. The functionality is terrible, it jammed a lot, constant misfeeds, failure to ejects, and failure to chamber and extract. Just terrible design flaws. I don’t understand why Walther would not address these issues as it seems that this is a chronic problem even with the latest “updates” with this P22Q firearm. Highly unreliable even with different brands of ammunition, including CCI’s. I returned the firearm to Walther (30 day money back guarantee) and got something else. Save yourself the headache and Don’t waste your money on this one. I wasted my money on the DROS.
